Both women only groups are a space to explore your own shadow psychology, and how it leads you into negative relationships with men. This will also include recognising the shadow psychology of men, without blaming or shaming them. You will be led to develop your psychological insights to manage your relationships and life-decision making more effectively.

This group is a space for men to start talking about their psychological shadow content and how men feel assaulted both externally in society as well as internally within their own self-accusation, failures and regrets.
